Who can join the Travel Club?
The Travel at 60 ‘Travel Club’ Membership is open to Australian residents aged 18 years of age and over.

How do I join?
To join, simply ring our team on 1300 414 198. Or, if you’re booking a holiday over the value of $2,500 per person, you will be eligible to redeem the Travel Club benefits right away! If you are an existing customer, you may also contact your travel consultant via email.

How can I pay for my Travel Club membership?
You can pay for your Travel Club membership over the phone on 1300 414 198 using a credit or debit card. Please note, Travel at 60 Gift Cards cannot be redeemed to pay your membership fee as per the gift card terms and conditions.

Can my partner or family be included in my Travel Club membership?
All memberships are on an individual basis and access to membership deals and discounts will only be available to active members.

What’s the difference between the Introductory Offer and a regular membership?
Our Introductory Offer is only available for a limited time only. As part of this deal, your Travel Club membership is just $89 and you get to redeem the perks for one year.

How do I get an entry into the annual holiday giveaway?
Only active Travel Club members gets a single entry into the draw each year. No other residents of the same household receive an entry into the draw unless they also purchase their own membership.

How is the winner of the annual holiday giveaway drawn?
The prize winner is selected using Randomdraws.com.au, an electronic draw system that is secure, independent and certified for use in all Australian states and territories. The winner will be notified via phone and e-mail.

How do I renew my membership?
We will send you a reminder email before the annual membership expiry date. Members may elect not to renew membership by calling our team on 1300 414 198 or 07 3186 6421 to advise the team of their non-renewal.

Can I cancel my membership?
A member may cancel their membership at any time by calling our team on 1300 414 198 or 07 3186 6421 to advise their cancellation. The member will remain an Active Member until their Expiry Date and be eligible for all member benefits. No refunds will be provided upon cancellation under any circumstances.
