Day 1:

Arrive at Spicers Hidden Vale in the Lockyer Valley today just an hour’s drive from Brisbane. You will experience the bush at its best and embark on an adventure among the abundant wildlife. Experience the revitalising effect of spending time on 12,000 acres of true Australian Bush.

The property has their own market garden and led by one of the chefs, you will be taken behind the scenes of the preserving room, where the walls are adorned with jars filled with an array of ingredients on their pathway to your plate. The smokehouse is used to create flavours renowned at Homage and you’ll learn about the smoking process. Our orchard and vegetable garden are ever changing so you’ll get to taste the seasonal produce and very likely you’ll be eating that evening. You will end your tour by the fire pit just in time to watch the sun set behind the Liverpool ranges.

Tonight, you'll partake in an exceptional dining experience using the best of Australian produce at the lodge's award-winning restaurant. With produce sourced from their market garden or regional suppliers, you'll feast on a unique ‘paddock to plate’ menu.

Day 2:

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before enjoying a selection of experiences during the day. A picnic lunch is included today, so feel free to explore the property or head out and explore the surrounding region. Tonight, you'll enjoy another culinary dinner experience.

Day 3:

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at Spicers Hidden Vale before departing via your private limousine transfer or own car to Spicers Clovelly Estate in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Take your time exploring the quaint towns along the way and enjoy the stunning scenery as you make you way to Montville.

Late this afternoon, enjoy a complimentary French cheese tasting at the Long Apron at Spicers Clovelly Estate. One of the experienced team members will share a selection of four French cheeses and tell you a little about the characteristics of the cheese and about the region in which it resides. From white mould cheeses to hard cheeses, there is so much to learn about the different regions of France and the cheese they produce, the best way to learn is to taste.

Tonight, dinner will be at The Long Apron.

Day 4:

Take your time over breakfast, then spend the day exploring the region. The Sunshine Coast hinterland has many quaint towns and stunning scenery as you drive along. Why not head to the coast and explore the many beaches along the way. A picnic lunch will be provided today, so you can stop whenever you find a good spot.

Tonight you will be transferred to The Tamarind Restaurant at Spicers Tamarind Retreat to indulge in a Tasting Menu dinner with paired wines.

Day 5:

Sadly your luxury getaway comes to an end today. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast until it's time for you to make your way home or travel by private transfer to Brisbane.
