Day 1: Arrive Sydney

Day 2: Sydney

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and spend your day exploring the city. Tonight, enjoy canapes at the bar.

Day 3: Sydney to the Hunter Valley

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing Sydney and making your way to the Hunter Valley (self drive or primate limousine transfer). Arrive at Spicers Guesthouse in Pokolbin and this afternoon partake in local wine and cheese tasting. Tonight, enjoy a dining experience at the property's Eremo Restaurant.

Day 4: Hunter Valley

You'll have an early start to the day for your hot air balloon experience over the Hunter Valley. Take in the stunning views over the picturesque wineries in the region.

Head back to the Retreat for breakfast at Eremo Restaurant. The rest of your day is free for you to explore the local wineries and produce. Tonight, you will be transferred to Spicers Veineyards Estate to enjoy a sumptuous dinner at Restaurant Botanica .

Day 5: Depart the Hunter Valley

Today your luxury getaway comes to an end. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast before departing via your private limousine transfer to Sydney or self drive home.
