Enjoy 7 nights staying at this homely 3 star motel style accommodation. All rooms overlook beautiful Goodwin Park with the retail precinct, clubs and white sandy beaches of Coolangatta with in easy walking distance.
Rooms have private facilities including a balcony or access to the courtyard, walk-in showers, private toilets, flat screen televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerator.
Other facilities include bar/dining room, guest laundry and swimming pool. Importantly, rooms are spread over three levels. Some guests may prefer a room with a view over the park, however, if stairs are an issue, a“pool level” room can be arranged.

DAY 1 – DESTINATION COOLANGATTA, QUEENSLAND (D)
Meet your fellow travellers at Brisbane Roma Street for your coach transfer to Coolangatta. If you are not travelling from Brisbane, please refer to the FAQ section below for alternatives.
This afternoon take some time to unpack, relax and settle in.Tonight meet your travelling companions at the welcome dinner.
DAY 2 - POINT DANGER, CURRUMBIN & MT TOMEWIN (B,MT,L,D)
Today we visit some local attractions including the ‘Centaur Remembrance Walk’ and Rainbow Bay. Keep a good lookout from July to November, Humpback Whales can be found playing just off the coast of Coolangatta. From here we passthrough Kirra Beach, Currumbin and Mt Tomewin before stopping for lunch at the Tweed Heads Bowls Club. This afternoon we tour the coastal villages of Fingal, Kingscliff and Cudgen. Tonight enjoy a fun night of music and singing with a live performance in the Bombora Restaurant.
DAY 3 – MT COOTHA TEA HOUSE & SOUTH BANK GARDENS (B,D)
Today we travel northward into Brisbane City. Our first stop is at the incredible Mt Cootha lookout and tea house. Make sure you have your camera with you as the city views from this location are truly spectacular. After our refreshment stop we re-board the coach for a tour of the city, taking in the Botanic Gardens, Kangaroo Point and the Story Bridge before calling into Southbank. After dinner tonight you can choose to go for an evening at the Twin Towns Services Club.
DAY 4 – BROADWATER CANAL CRUISE& SURFERS PARADISE (B,MT,L,D)
Our first stop this morning is in Surfers Paradise where we undertake a cruise on the calm waters of the Broadwater. Enjoy excellent commentary and the stunning canal and city views as well as a delicious cruise lunch. This afternoon were-board the coach for a tour of the Spit and Southport Parklands before our return journey home.
DAY 5 – 1/2 DAY TOUR MARKETS (B,D)
Today we visit one of Australia’s largest outdoor markets and everything from handmade arts and crafts to fresh locally grown produce is on sale today.
DAY 6 – FREE DAY (B,D)
Today is your free day. Why not book a day tour or try one of many theme parks the Gold Coast has to offer.
DAY 7 – GALLERY WALK, CEDAR CREEK WINERY (B,MT,D)
Our first stop today is at the award winning Cedar Creek Winery. Enjoy the wonderful views and a delicious morning tea while overlooking Wild Duck Lake. Further up the range we explore the arts, crafts and curio shops of Mt Tamborine’s famous Gallery Walk. This afternoon before heading down the range we visit the historic St Bernard’s Hotel for a refreshing beverage.Tonight enjoy a delicious farewell dinner with your travelling companions.

Bon voyage as you are transferred to Brisbane Roma Street.

How do I join this tour if I don't want to start in Brisbane?
Plane: Many of our guests choose to fly into the Gold Coast airport. We offer our guests a complimentary airport transfer service from 8.30am- 4.00pm every Tuesday.
Train: If you are travelling from NSW then board the Country Link Train service we can arrange for you to be picked you up from Tweed Heads.
Car: Should you wish to travel by car, you are welcome to leave your car in theresort car park for the duration of your holiday.

Non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking $100 per person. Final payment is due no later than Friday, September 18, 2020.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will forfeit 100% of fare.
