Day 1 - Tuesday 23 April 2024 - Depart Brisbane - Norfolk Island
Flights depart from Brisbane International Airport. Arriving onto Norfolk Island, your group transfer will take you to your accommodation for the next 7 nights.
Grosvenor's Lodge - in a One Bedroom Cabin with Balcony including breakfast daily.
This evening, get ready for a night of delicious food, live music and stunning views on Norfolk Island. The Island Fish Fry is a must do event for everyone visiting the island.
Day 2 - Wednesday 24 April 2024 - Island Life Tour
Spend a delightful day touring Norfolk Island, gaining a true insight into the intricate nature of modern island life.
Tour includes morning tea and lunch with drink.
This evening is at your leisure.
Day 3 - Thursday 25 April 2024 - Anzac Day
5am - An early start today for the Dawn Service conducted at Emily Bay, returning to Grosvenor's Lodge for Breakfast.
10:30am - Norfolk Vets and family representatives assemble at the Officers' Bath for the march to Cenotaph and mid-morning service.
12noon - Depart for Lunch at RSL later enjoy a game of 2up.
Day 4 - Friday 26 April 2024 - Convict Settlement Tour
Join an in-depth tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. Walk through the cemetery, learn about the history of interesting convict and colonial headstones, and hear stories of the houses along Quality Row. Walk through the ruins of the New Gaol, see the Pier Store, Boat Shed and the Crank Mill. Afternoon tea is included.
This evening enjoy a Night as a Convict Tour. Dress as a convict and join in with the Commandant for an evening of gaiety, feasting, singing and dancing. Great food and great fun! Norfolk's only dinner and dance night.(Convict outfits available for hire on the island)
Day 5 - Saturday 27 April 2024 - Reef Cruise and Ghost Tour
Local islanders Donald & George will share their knowledge of Norfolk's unique marine life. Once you've walked the plank with these two mutineer descendants' it takes no time at all to be on the reef, with these two, be prepared for a touch a Norfolk Humour.
This afternoon, you'll experience the history of the Pitcairn Island Settlers. Your guide will take you through the gracious original Bailey homestead. Completing your tour with an exclusive Norfolk Island film and complimentary refreshments.
This evening, a night of thrills, chills and spine-tingling fun! Begin with a delicious dinner then grab your lantern and prepare for the spooky walk ahead. A fun Ghost Tour with Dinner & Lantern walk.
Day 6 - Sunday 28 April 2024 - Guava Gallery & 100 Acres Reserve
An amazing 360 degree panoramic painting provides a unique history of the Bounty Adventure and discover how the world's most famous mutiny created the Pitcairn and Norfolk communities.
Visiting 100 Acres Reserve offers peaceful walks amid nature, wander to Rocky Point, home to an observations post during World War II - now a favourite fishing spot for locals.
Day 7 - Monday 29 April 2024 - Colleen McCullough Tour
The morning is at leisure to relax or explore on your own.
Enjoy a light lunch at Castaway Norfolk Island, before commencing the Colleen McCullough tour. Colleen, a world renowned author of 24 books called Norfolk home for almost 36 years. Your guide will expertly escort you through her magnificent home, viewing their magnificent collection of artefacts gathered from travels across the globe.
This evening enjoy a 3 course progressive dinner - visiting different Norfolk Island family homes. A fun night and a great way of meeting locals and sampling island dishes.
Day 8 - Farewell from Norfolk.
