Mark Olive aka ‘The Black Olive’ has been a chef for over 30 years, and has established himself as an Australian food icon through his work with native Australian ingredients that he expertly showcases at his restaurant Midden by Mark Olive at the Sydney Opera House. Mark has starred in multiple popular TV shows such as ‘The Outback Café’, SBS’s ‘A Chef’s Line’ and ‘On Country Kitchen’.
Guest will get to experience unique native Australian flavours as well as learn from him first-hand during a cooking demonstration in the Royal Court Theatre.
