Cruise on the Pacific Encounter from Brisbane. Guests will love the new celebrity chef dining venues, Luke’s Bar & Grill by Luke Mangan and 400 Gradi by award-winning Melbourne chef, Johnny di Francesco.
The Lobby, located on deck 5 is our favourite new hang out place, from morning to night. Choose from Charlie’s, The Deli and Ivy + Brie. You can meet in the morning for coffee, relax in the afternoon with your favourite drink and a cheese board and come back at night for chilled live music.
Familiar favourites include Waterfront, Angelo’s, Dragon Lady, and Shell & Bones or go casual in The Pantry. Head to the child-free Oasis for a cocktail and a perfect view of the ship’s wake or the chilled-out vibe in the Ocean Bar.
This cruise is a perfect introduction to the Frenchy-chic vibe of Noumea, the ancient culture of Lifou, the Caribbean atmosphere in Vila, and the many breathtaking beaches in between!
You can’t beat value for money with main meals, entertainment, stunning destinations and onboard activities – all included in the one low fare.

Handy packing tips:
Hand Luggage - Keep the following items in your hand luggage:
Day clothes:
When the sun’s out you can keep it casual. Decks can be slippery so low-heeled, rubber soled shoes are recommended along with comfortable walking shoes for going ashore. Shoes must be worn at all times in restaurants. Swimwear is only permitted around the pool and open deck areas. There are two dress codes for the restaurants; smart casual and cocktail.
Dinner dress:
If it’s after 5:30pm, smart casual clothing is required in the public lounges and restaurants. That means skirts, dresses, pants and blouses for women. For men it’s long trousers and a polo or collared shirt.
Cocktail evenings:
Women are required to wear evening or cocktail dress. Men are required to suit up or wear similar. Ties are optional. These evenings will be announced in the ships newsletter.
Here is a rough guide:
Cruises between 3-7 nights = 1-2 cocktail evenings.
Cruises between 7-13 nights = 2 cocktail evenings
Cruises 14 days or more = a minimum of 3 cocktail evenings.
Cruise less than 2 nights = no cocktail nights.
Can I bring non-alcoholic beverages onboard?
Each guest may bring onboard a max of 12 canned drinks in hand luggage. All luggage, including checked in luggage, will be x-rayed at embarkation. Items not allowed on-board include plastic and glass bottled drinks.
