Itinerary
Day 1
Fly into Fiji and meet your friendly Fijian Go Local host after customs who will greet you with shell leis, bottles of water and wet towels. Travel at 60 members also receieve a bonus Pure Fiji gift pack. You’ll then be provided with a free SIM card with 500 MB data and driven to the overnight four-star resort. Feel free to ask for a quick pit-stop at the supermarket to stock up on whatever you need! Take a nap in the beautiful Garden-View Room, explore Fiji on your own and then turn in for the night. (Ask us for room upgrades to plush suites!)

Day 2: Tivua Island
There will be a private car to pick you up from the hotel and drive you to Fiji’s stunning Port Denarau for the cruise check-in. Luggage check-in is available from 8am – noon.
Welcome aboard! The MV Reef Endeavour will set sail to the iconic Tivua Island while you sip on your complimentary fruit punch, picking up some more of your fellow cruise passengers. Swim around in Tivua’s crystal-clear waters, snorkel and explore the reefs on your first day of cruise. You’ll also get introduced to the crew and enjoy a special welcome dinner. Day 3: Levuka Island
Today, you’ll be visiting Fiji’s former capital Levuka. Set on the island of Ovalau, the town was the first European settlement and the heart of British colonial administration. The booming, colourful times faded when the powers that be decided on Suva to be the island nation’s new capital. Walk around historic colonial buildings and landmarks, absorbing the glory of pristine 19th century architecture. Then, visit the local convent and the school to round off a brilliant day.
Day 4: Makogai, Clam Research & Old Leper Colony
The MV Reef Endeavour will cruise to the island of Makogai overnight. Here, you’ll welcomed with a traditional ceremony, then taken on a guided tour of the ancient leper colony and the adjoining clam research station. After lunch, you can explore the town and visit a school where the students will put on a song-and-dance show specially for you. Return back to the ship for a fine dinner, while the ship sets sail towards the stunning island of Savusavu.
Day 5: Savusavu
This island is one of the most exotic in Fiji’s wide list of beautiful islands. Set against the backdrop of an extinct volcano, check out the local pearl farm and swim in the impossibly blue waters of the Pacific today.
Day 6: Bourma Waterfall/Naselesele
The Reef Endeavour will drop you on the island of Taveuni today. Full of lush jungles, you’ll be taken to the magnificent Bouma waterfalls where you can swim in the clear, cool waters to your heart’s content. Then, visit the village of Naselesele, where the locals will greet you like kings and host a traditional lovo feast for you. There will also be a kava ceremony and meke dancing to go along with the feast.
Day 7: Wairiki, Dateline & Whispering Tide
Today, you’ll have one foot in yesterday and the other in tomorrow! The ship will anchor at Wairiki where you’ll join a serene choral service at the island’s church. Then, a visit to the International Date Line with the superb vista of Taveuni will become one of your favourite memories. To round off the day, enjoy snorkelling and swimming in the Whispering Tide along with south-west coast of Vanua Levu!
Day 8: Nananu-I-ra, Viti Levu Bay, North Coast of Viti Levu
On the beautiful beaches of Nananu-I-ra, choose to relax with a good book or jump into the electric-blue waters – its your choice! The evening will see you donning a traditional sarong and joining the ship’s crew in the Pacific Island Night Finale.
Day 9: Denarau, Nadi
Return to port. The cruise ship will make sure you reach the overnight resort comfortably. Use the free WiFi to upload pictures and call your family about the fabulous cruise you just had!
Day 10: Flight back home
Wake up refreshed, have a hearty breakfast and get ready to check out. A private transfer to the Nadi airport will be waiting for you. Have a safe flight back home with fond memories of Fiji!
