Enjoy a relaxing drive to the Hunter Valley and stop along the way to enjoy the stunning scenery and sample the local produce. Complimentary car parking (one car per room) is available during your stay. Meet your fellow group travellers with a Welcome Dinner at the resort.

Tuesday 10 September 2024:

After a relaxing breakfast, make your way to the Hunter Valley Gardens which you can explore at your own pace. The peaceful gardens are an easy 10-minute walk from the resort. Built over four years with a dedicated team of over 40 landscape gardeners, architects and engineers, the Hunter Valley Gardens is a beautiful, nature-based experience with 8km of walking paths winding through 14 hectares of gardens consisting of over 6000 trees, 600,000 shrubs and over 1 million ground cover plants, plus waterfalls, statues and murals. The 10 individually themed gardens showcase the artistry of gardens around the world and use both native and exotic varieties of plants.

Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Village is a unique collection of bespoke shops ideally located just outside the entrance to Hunter Valley Gardens. You can visit over 20 unique specialty shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Wednesday 11 September 2024:

Today join your fellow Travellers and explore some of the local wineries and local producers in the Hunter.

Your tour today will feature cheese tasting at Hunter Valley Cheese, wine tasting and a two course lunch with glass of wine at Brokenwood Estate followed by wine tasting at Hungerford Hill.

Tonight, the evening is yours to dine locally (own expense)
