- Day 1 - Fly to Bangkok:
Fly to the vibrant city of Bangkok. Depending on your time of arrival, the rest of the day is yours to start soaking up the local culture. - Day 2 - Discover Bangkok:
Discover Bangkok’s historic heart with visits to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho’s reclining Buddha. Experience the energy of Chinatown before cruising the Chao Phraya River and canals by longtail boat, with a stop at Pak Khlong Talaat flower market. - Day 3 - Bridge over the River Kwai:
Travel southwest to the Maeklong Railway Market, where stalls clear as trains pass through, then visit the colourful Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Continue to Kanchanaburi to explore the Thai-Burma Railway Centre, see the Bridge on the River Kwai and visit the Allied War Cemetery. - Day 4 - Death Railway:
Visit Hellfire Pass, one of the most poignant sections of the railway, and explore the memorial museum. Later, enjoy a scenic journey on the Death Railway, crossing wooden viaducts with sweeping jungle views. - Day 5 - Ayutthaya:
Explore UNESCO-listed Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam, visiting atmospheric ruins including Wat Chaiwattanaram and Wat Phra Sri Sanphet. Continue to Bang Pa-In Summer Palace before returning to Bangkok and flying to Chiang Mai. - Day 6 - Elephant Sanctuary:
Visit an ethical elephant sanctuary to learn about conservation and observe rescued elephants in a natural setting. Later, visit mountaintop Wat Phra That Doi Suthep for panoramic views over Chiang Mai, before enjoying a traditional Khantoke dinner with cultural performances. - Day 7 - Fly to Phuket:
Transfer to the airport and fly south to Phuket, Thailand’s largest island. On arrival, transfer to your resort and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. - Days 8-11 - Phuket:
Enjoy three days at leisure in Phuket. Relax on Kata Beach, explore the colourful streets of Old Phuket Town or admire island views from scenic lookouts. Perhaps take a boat trip to Phang Nga Bay, visit Wat Chalong, browse local markets or simply unwind by the pool and enjoy sunsets over the Andaman Sea. - Days 12-13 - Depart Phuket:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight, arriving home the same or following day.
