Overseas Disclosure (APP 8)

Some of our service providers, including tour operators and marketing/payment platforms, may store or process personal information overseas. Where we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, except where an exception under APP 8.2 applies (for example, where you have consented to the disclosure after being told we may not be able to enforce the APPs against the overseas recipient).


5. Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing communications about our tours, offers, and news by email or SMS, where you have provided your details to us or opted in.

You can opt out at any time by:

As our annual turnover exceeds A$3 million, we are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act.
