Tuesday 14 July 2026 – Hunter Valley Wine Experience

After breakfast, join your fellow travellers for a delightful day exploring some of the renowned wineries and local producers of the Hunter Valley.

Your tour includes a friendly, knowledgeable host to guide you during visits to three boutique wineries, where you’ll enjoy tastings and learn about the region’s famous wines from knowledgeable local operators. A delicious winery lunch with a glass of wine is included, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful vineyard surroundings.

This evening is free for you to explore the many local restaurants and dining options nearby at your leisure.

Wednesday 15 July 2026 – Gardens & Christmas in July

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely visit to the spectacular award-winning Hunter Valley Gardens, located just a ten-minute walk from the resort (or a short drive if you prefer).

Set across 14 hectares, the gardens feature ten internationally themed garden areas connected by eight kilometres of walking paths. Discover tranquil ponds, elegant statues, colourful topiary displays and a stunning 10-metre waterfall. With more than 6,000 trees, 600,000 shrubs and over one million ground covers, there is plenty to explore at your own pace.

This afternoon is free for you to relax and enjoy the country atmosphere. Optional activities may include golf, visiting local producers or simply relaxing with a wine or beer while sampling local delicacies.

Tonight we celebrate Christmas in July with a festive dinner and glass of sparkling wine, accompanied by live entertainment from The Dreamcatchers. Featuring the soulful voice of Meaghan and the guitar and harmonies of her brother Brendan, this dynamic duo delivers a polished, eclectic sound of classic and modern favourites. Their sets are chosen on the spot for the audience, moving effortlessly from laid-back acoustic tunes to lively songs that get everyone on the dance floor.
