In Cairns enjoy a day on the Great Barrier Reef and then choose between two unique experiences:

1) Experience the UNESCO World Heritage listed tropical rainforests of the Daintree & Cape Tribulation.

or

2) Spend the day in Kuranda, journey on the famous Kuranda scenic rail, explore Rainforest Station and marvel at the scenic landscape on Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.

    Friday - Great Barrier Reef

    Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, before a full day cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. Make your way to the Cairns Marina, 270 metres from your accommodation to check in for your cruise.

    Enjoy a full day at Moore Reef (including lunch) and enjoy an extensive list of activities such as snorkelling, glass bottom boat and semi-submersible tours to make the most of your four hours on the reef.

    For those who prefer to relax, enjoy watching the action from the large pontoon.

    Upon return to Cairns late afternoon, tonight will be at leisure to enjoy the local cuisine.

    Saturday - Full Day touring- CHOOSE from the following day tours - selection must be made at time of booking.

    Mossman Gorge & The Daintree

    Kuranda Scenic rail, Skyrail and Rainforest Station day.

    Enjoy an early breakfast at your hotel before departing on your full day Mossman Gorge & Daintree tour. A unique experience awaits today. Join the Kuku Yalanji Dreamtime Gorge Walk at Mossman Gorge, learning of dreamtime legends, bush tucker sources and traditional plant uses before tea, damper and question time with your Indigenous guide. Also included is a delicious lunch at the Daintree Tea House and an informative Daintree River cruise.

    You'll return to Cairns late afternoon and tonight is at leisure.

Spirit of Queensland (RailBed) - A spacious and comfortable seat by day that converts to a lie-flat bed at night. Enjoy 35 degrees of recline and a wide flat 18.5 inch screen with on-demand entertainment options including movies and music. At night sleep well on a thick mattress topper and comfortable linen, all included in your fare.

Pacific Hotel Cairns - Located on the Esplanade overlooking Trinity Harbour, Pacific Hotel Cairns offers stunning views from private balconies and easy access to the nearby Reef Fleet Terminal, shopping precinct and Esplanade Lagoon. With modern rooms offering comfortable accommodation for all travellers.

Luggage - 2 x 20 kg Items per person, with one item of carry on luggage free of charge.

Onboard facilities - Licensed Galley Car open 24 hrs. Alcohol not available between midnight and 10am. • Drinking fountains• Showers and Toilets located in the end of each carriage

Accessibility - Accessible spaces and accessible Premium Economy Seats/RailBeds are available in Car E and Car B as well as signage with raised text, braille and hearing aid loops. Accessible shower/toilet located in the RailBed carriage Band Premium Economy carriage E. Most types of mobility devices can be accommodated on Spirit of Queensland services, however size restrictions do apply. In general, these dimension limits are 720 mm wide by1200 mm long on the Spirit of Queensland.

Please note that Queensland Rail periodically conduct planned and unplanned maintenance to tracks throughout the Queensland Rail network. Disruptions caused by this is out of our control. We will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible of the situation and alternative travel options.
