04 September 2021 - Birdsville Races
An early start sees us boarding our private plane for the two-hour flight to Birdsville. In anticipation of this afternoon’s fun, we take part in a friendly best dressed competition aboard our aircraft and attempt to draw the cup winner during an onboard sweepstakes.
Touching down in the legendary outback town, we take the opportunity for photos in front of the fabled Birdsville Hotel.
Enter general admission (or, for VIP guests, your special trackside marquee) and soak up the atmosphere of this iconic outback event.
With our action-packed day at an end, we embark our plane for the return to Brisbane and a further night at the Pullman Brisbane Airport hotel.
