    03 September 2021 - Brisbane

    Meet your Tour Manager at the hotel as you make yourselves comfortable at the Pullman Brisbane Airport hotel. This evening, a light-hearted, racing-themed Welcome Dinner makes for a great opportunity to meet and mingle with your fellow travellers.

    04 September 2021 - Birdsville Races

    An early start sees us boarding our private plane for the two-hour flight to Birdsville. In anticipation of this afternoon’s fun, we take part in a friendly best dressed competition aboard our aircraft and attempt to draw the cup winner during an onboard sweepstakes.

    Touching down in the legendary outback town, we take the opportunity for photos in front of the fabled Birdsville Hotel.

    Enter general admission (or, for VIP guests, your special trackside marquee) and soak up the atmosphere of this iconic outback event.

    With our action-packed day at an end, we embark our plane for the return to Brisbane and a further night at the Pullman Brisbane Airport hotel.

    Spirits remain high this morning, as we gather for breakfast and recall our day out at the iconic Birdsville Races.

Prices are correct as at 20 Oct 2020 & are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices are per person. Valid for new bookings only. All product is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied without notice.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at time of booking. The balance is due no later than Wed 30 June 2021.
