  • Days 1-2 - Fly to Siem Reap:
    Arrive in Siem Reap, Cambodia, the gateway to the magnificent temples of Angkor. Transfer to your hotel where the rest of the day is yours to relax or begin exploring before a welcome dinner this evening.
  • Day 3 - Explore Angkor:
    Journey into the old city of Angkor Thom. At its heart is the enigmatic Bayon, an iconic temple of innumerable sculptural decorations. Admire the Elephant Terrace and Terrace of the Leper King before continuing to the atmospheric Ta Prohm. The rest of the afternoon is dedicated to Angkor Wat, the most magnificent and best preserved of all of Angkor's treasures. As shadows lengthen, ascend to Phnom Bakheng Temple to watch the sunset over Angkor Wat and the surrounding forest.
  • Day 4 - Cruise Tonle Sap:
    Visit mysterious Beng Mealea, a temple overrun by the jungle before enjoying a cruise on Tonle Sap Lake, visiting the village of Kampong Kleng with its stilt houses and observing the way of life of this lake community. Return to Siem Reap for a traditional Apsara show and a dinner of local dishes.
  • Day 5 - Travel to Saigon:
    Visit the picturesque countryside around Siem Reap for a deeper insight into Cambodian culture, visiting small villages and farms. Share lunch with the friendly locals, a home-cooked meal using local produce. Then, fly to Saigon in Vietnam.
  • Day 6 - Cu Chi Tunnels:
    Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, for an eye-opening tour that centres around the hidden network of Viet Cong tunnels, bunkers and field hospitals used in the Vietnam War. This evening, embark on a culinary adventure through the vibrant heart of Saigon, tasting local favourite street snacks and the city's most beloved dishes.
  • Day 7 - Mekong Delta:
    Travel to the Mekong Delta region where you'll board a boat and explore the network of canals and waterways that criss-cross this lush region. Pass riverside communities and locals fishing and trading in small boats, visit cottage industries making coconut candy and pop rice and the workshop of a family who weave with water hyacinth. Lunch at a local house and watch a Bánh xèo (savoury pancake) demonstration.
  • Day 8 - Fly to Hanoi:
    Fly to Vietnam's charming capital, Hanoi. Tour the city, learning about Ho Chi Minh at his grand mausoleum, wandering the serene grounds of the Temple of Literature and visiting Ngoc Son Temple, sat on Hoan Kiem Lake. As twilight falls, head out on a street food tour, visiting spots hidden away on the alleys of the Old Quarter. Discover Vietnamese egg coffee, sample flavourful foods of northern Vietnam then stroll past speciality shops, ending with 'bia hoi', a glass of cold, local draft beer on a stool on Bia Hoi Corner.
  • Day 9 - Ha Long Bay:
    Travel to Ha Long Bay and board your overnight cruise and set sail into the awe-inspiring beauty of Ha Long Bay. While onboard, visit caves, try kayaking on the turquoise waters, have a go at squid fishing and get up early for sunrise Tai Chi on deck.
  • Day 10 - Return to Hanoi:
    Disembark you Halong Bay cruise and return to Hanoi. This evening attend the Quintessence of Tonkin show, a spectacular open-air performance celebrating the rich history of northern Vietnam.
  • Day 11 - Fly to Hong Kong:
    Depart Hanoi for Hong Kong. On arrival, the rest of the day is free to explore before dinner at the hotel this evening.
  • Day 12 - Explore Hong Kong:
    Spend the day exploring under Hong Kong's iconic skyline. Ride the tram up Victoria Peak for breath taking views and a fascinating walking tour. Return to Central and ride the Central Escalator to Tai Kwan, the city's new artistic hub. Continue to Hollywood Road and Man Mo Temple, then pause at Blue House Cluster and sample a pastry at a traditional bakery. There's nothing more Hong Kong than a dim sum lunch followed by a wander through the West Kowloon Cultural District. Later, follow The Avenue of Stars to admire Victoria Harbour at night.
  • Day 13 - Board the Azamara Quest:
    After breakfast you will be transferred to Hong Kong's cruise terminal to board your cruise. The rest of the day is free to explore the ship's facilities and settle in. Throughout your cruise, when your ship comes into port, there will a range of excursions available to help you explore each destination. These excursions are at your own expense and are bookable on your cruise reservation.
  • Day 14 - Cruise – At Sea:
    Use today to explore the plentiful facilities and entertainment available on the Azamara Quest.
  • Day 15 - Cruise – Taipei, Taiwan:
    Port at Keelung, Taiwan to explore Taipei. A modern city full of a timeless culture discover the blend of Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian and Western influences as you see the sights.
  • Day 16 - Cruise – Ishigaki, Japan:
    Enter the tropical waters of Japan's Okinawa prefecture, arriving at the island of Ishigaki. Gaze over the pure blue waters of Kabiri Bay, discover the beautiful coastline or relax on a white sand beaches.
  • Day 17 - Cruise – Naha, Japan:
    The capital of Okinawa prefecture, the city of Naha offers a fascinating history and rich culture, a distinctive cuisine, the natural wonders of the Kerama Islands, and beautiful beaches that are ideal for relaxing on.
  • Day 18 - Cruise – At Sea:
    Indulge in a spa treatment, lounge around the pool and try out some of the bars and restaurants on this day of sailing.
  • Days 19-21 - Cruise – Shanghai, China:
    Arrive in Shanghai, China's global mega-metropolis, for an extended stay of 3 days. Admire the towering skyline, stroll along the colonial Bund, visit traditional sights like the Old Town and Yu Garden, enjoy world class shopping, or sample the diversity of everything from food to art across vibrant neighbourhoods. You can even pop out of the city to discover the nearby water towns.
  • Day 22 - Cruise – At Sea:
    Further explore the exciting options around the Azamara Quest as you spend the day at sea.
  • Day 23 - Cruise – Dalian, China:
    The northern Chinese port city of Dalian offers sandy beaches, a scenic coastline and a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Days 24-25 - Cruise – Beijing, China:
    Port at Tianjin for 2 days, a vibrant and explorable city in its own right and particularly known for its food scene. Beijing, China's capital is full of imperial treasures, like the vast Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven and, of course, no visit here could be complete with seeing the incomparable Great Wall of China.
  • Day 26 - Cruise – At Sea:
    A final day at sea to relax by the pool, pay a visit to the spa, or participate in any of the entertainment you've not yet enjoyed.
  • Day 27 - Arrive in Seoul, South Korea:
    Arrive at Seoul's cruise port and disembark the Azamara Quest. You will be met by an English-speaking guide and transferred to your hotel, where the rest of the day is at leisure.
  • Day 28 - Explore Seoul:
    Spend the day exploring the sights and sounds of Seoul. Start at Gwanghwamun Plaza, then pass through the Gwanghwamun, the largest gate of Gyeongbok Palace, to explore and see the historic changing of the guard ceremony. Then, don traditional attire to explore the Bukchon Hanok Village, with its beautifully restored heritage buildings. Later, learn more about one of South Korea's more famous exports, kimchi, with a cooking demonstration followed by a stroll through the trendy Myeongdong neighbourhood.
  • Days 29-30 - Fly Seoul to Australia:
    Fly to Australia, arriving home the same or the following day.
